CrayCorky started because every customer ops leader we talked to said the same thing: we have all the data and none of the answers. Tickets pile up, recordings gather dust, dashboards show lagging indicators for problems already out of the barn.
So we built a system that hears customer conversations in real time, understands what's actually happening under the surface, and acts — auto-routing, auto-briefing, auto-flagging. No more “I'll read that transcript later.” Nobody reads transcripts later.
We made it loud on purpose. Because operator software has spent too long apologizing for existing. This is a tool for people who make decisions. We dressed it like one.
